Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day returns policy for any stock item this also includes most items ordered daily from our core suppliers.

We will not give refunds for any item purchased on a ‘Special Order’ This will be pointed out to you at the time of the order and again at the point of sale.

We will not give refunds for items removed from sealed packaging This will be pointed out to you at the point of sale.

We reserve the right to make a handling charge on all items that have been correctly supplied

We will need to return any item returned under warranty to the manufacturer for examination and testing as we do not have the facilities to test most items in store.
